Border Colours Gallery Carousel Without JetPack

I don’t see any thumbnails with white borders — can you link to a specific page where they are?

If this doesn’t work, the images are on Gallery 1 and 2. I think that maybe I did not explain myself correctly. The borders appear when I hove the pointer over the image. Sorry.

I believe it’s the background in this:

Sorry to be a nuisance but would you also know how to change the width of the border.

padding: 15px;

Changing the padding size changed the border size. I would not have found this without your help. Thank you again.
