Border hovercolor

Hello

My gallery images all seem to have a hover effect on them. They have a white border and when hovered over it goes dark grey. I’ve checked firebug and can’t see how it happening. I’ve also removed all my custom css and it’s not coming from there either.

Any ideas please?
