    Hi there,

    I’m sorry for the late reply on this ticket. I think that this issue are related to your theme. If possible, can you post there your website link to make a tests ?
    I think that the problem are lreate to your theme because the multi step checkout plugin simply spluit the checkout in 4 or 5 steps, but don’t change anything, simply use the standard WooCommerce hooks for this.
