Borders on Input Buttons Don’t Show Up in Firefox Browser

    I recently noticed a problem that happens with my <input> buttons on the sidebars that seems to only show up in the firefox browser but not IE.

    On the left sidebar, there should be a box for one to enter their email so that they can subscribe to my RSS feed via email, but it only shows up in IE & not firefox.

    The same issue is present on my right sidebar at the top where there should be a search box & submit button that seem to only be present in IE.

    Any thoughts as to what I can do or should look into to try to resolve this issue?
