Both a $_F=__FILE__; and base64 encryption

    I have an issue regarding a footer encryption that will not decode with any decoder I have found. I think this has to do with it containing both a “$_F=__FILE__;” and “base64” encryption (as most decoders I have found seem to handle one or the other)
