Botiga Free Downlaod Not Working

    I keep downloading the Botiga free version, but it’s just a regular file. I need a zip file to upload it to WordPress.

    I tried compressing the file myself, but WordPress displays an ‘Incompatible Archive’ error message when I do.

    I’m a Mac user using the Safari browser, if that matters.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    If you hit the Download button in this page, the downloaded file should be a zip package like this: https://i.snipboard.io/um29wg.jpg

    There should be no need to compress.

    If you can’t upload the theme’s zip package to your site’s dashboard > Appearance > Add New Theme menu, there might be particular configuration in your web hosting that is currently blocking zip file. If that the case, you may contact your web hosting support.

    Yea, that link still doesn’t work.

    I just had to manually download it from WordPress.
