Botón Cancelar suscripción no aparece en la sección Mi cuenta

    Hola Buen día,

    Tengo un sitio creado con woocommerce para suscripción mensual y cuando desarrollamos la web aparecía en la sección mi cuenta el botón para cancelar la suscripción si el usuario lo desea. Ahora vemos que el botón desapareció y no se pueden dar de baja.
    Alguien sabe porque sucede esto y como puedo volver a activarlo?

    Cancel subscription button does not appear in My Account section

    Hello Good morning, I have a site created with woocommerce for a monthly subscription and when we developed the web, the button to cancel the subscription if the user wanted it appeared in the section my account. Now we see that the button disappeared and cannot be unsubscribed. Does anyone know why this happens and how can I activate it again? Thank you!!

    The core WooCommerce plugin does not include any Subscription functionality — these forums are for support with the core WooCommerce plugin.

    If you are using the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension from WooCommerce.com, please open a support ticket from the account you purchased the extension under here:
