Bots Spam getting

HI Support,

We are using Paid Akismet on our website https://christopherbyrne.com but we saw that after Adding Akismet key bots spam still getting.
Why This spam getting after paid key activated?
It should be not coming bots spam on my website.

Please suggest here and reply fast.
