When a user isn’t logged in, the sidebar cart widget does not display items or say cart is empty. It is just blank, even if items are added. After much trial and error, I found that this plugin causes it, and only if I enter my BotScout ID.
Since it works fine for admin logged in user, I had to use 2 browsers. Also… it only stops working when the browsing history/data is cleared. All new users would just show a blank area where the sidebar should show their cart contents.
Once I disable the plugin or remove the id, it works again until the browser is cleared even if reenabled.

BotScout has been done for some time, unsure if they have plans to bring it back up. v5 was just released that removes BotScout for now and should fix this issue.

BotScout is still active in the latest version. The option to enable/disable BotScout is missing, but the BotScout and the API are still active since I keep receiving that I exceeded the free aqllowance.

Is there a way to actually remove BotScout from our site?
