Bottom Footer from theme missing

    Hi,

    thanks for great plugin, but I have some issues about it, which were mentioned in other topics, unfortunately I did not found solution that apply to mine problem.

    I am using theme “Right Cause” from qodeinteractive: https://rightcause.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/ which is based on Free Elementor as Builder

    I use their Bottom Footer feature, which is basically WP widget they are providing with WP Block placeholders for code (footer Column 1 and 2). But when your plugin is activated (either as Footer or Before Footer), my theme Bottom Footer widgets are removed completly.

    I found that this is because in HFE plugin “default theme” HFE_Default_Compat class there is action with “override_footer” function, that just removes it.

    I tried both of your “Theme Support” methods and when Method 2 is used, there is Footer that I’ve created using Your plugin and Bottom footer from theme, but in opposite order, so Yours is displayed as lat Section of every page: https://pasteboard.co/txYbkS3MTmqP.png

    Basically I need bottom footer to be always in page from theme, and HFE Footer right before that on target pages. Are there any tutorials how to achieve that? Theme support is useless in this area.

    Thank you for your kind patience with this and sorry for the delay in replying here.

    About your reported issue:
    I’m sorry and I understand you’re lost in-between support of your theme & our plugin, which is bad. However – did you try switching to any other theme for a couple of minutes just to see if this resolves the issue that you’re having?

    There could be a possibility that the theme is interfering and things will work smoothly on other themes, which would help you show your theme author that issue is with their theme and push them for support. 

    However, should you find anything wrong with our plugin working on other themes, please do let me know and I’ll be glad to check it further.

    I understand your concerns about this one, but it seems compatibility issue. There are thousands of themes/plugins available on the WordPress Repository. It is quite difficult for us to test each and every theme/plugin with EHF plugin. We haven’t heard of any major issues till now for such a combination.
