bought Botiga Pro starting to get error import

    Hello, after I bought Botiga Pro, I can not import anymore the Botiga from starter sites. I disable/re-enable plugin, Checking the site library API , Checking Permalink to be selected on Post Name. I also reinstall the whole wordpress, deleting database. The error I get :

    Something went wrong, contact support.
