• My experience with the support team for this plugin has been awful. I have had issues with getting Stripe payment to work, conditions assigned to fields are not working, I’ve opened several tickets and get no real feedback beyond a canned thank you and someone will reach out soon message. I purchased the premium plugin and don’t get premium level support.

    I opened the ticket on the 21st, it is now the 27, I am past the deadline for releasing the site to our event registrants. I’m not sure if all of the issues are due to the plugin not being compatible with my version of WordPress since I’ve updated, but this company/developer refuses to fix and to provide feedback on the issues I’m dealing with their plugin, or refund me the money. I would not recommend purchasing this plugin.
