• I bought the PRO plugin and installed the plugin per instructions. I tested pushing one of my orders over to Zoho CRM and it did but after that it no longer can. I emailed and put a ticket in with your PRO support system 2 days ago. I still have not heard back. I was reaching out on here hoping to hear back from someone???

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
