Bought pro version but page led to a 404 – email bounces back – what gives?

Hey – hoping @custom-gallery can help resolve this as soon as possible. I need to get the pro version as soon possible. I’ve paid but it led to a 404 page and when I email it bounces back with the following message:

550 5.7.1 Refused by local policy. No SPAM please!

I’ve tried sending one from a few accounts and get the same thing.

Please can you get back to me as soon as possible as I’m on a deadline to complete a project!
