Bought Pro version, can't access upgrade

I recently updated the plugins and core files and our video thumbnails using this plugin disappeared out of the ‘Case Studies’ area on our front page.
I upgraded to pro and received a link for refactored.co, but there was no download link for a pro version of the plugin or way to connect my pro purchase to andrewleach.com.
Could you please help me get our video thumbnails back?
