Bounce Addon doen’t work

    Hi, I have a problem with the Bounce Addon. I have been using the paid version of your plugin for 3 websites for a long time. I’m currently using the free version, so there are no updates for add-ons. As far as I know, they should still work properly.
    Unfortunately, Bounce Addon does not work on any of the 3 websites where I have your plugin installed.
    When I check the configuration and do tests, everything works fine. Unfortunately, after sending the real newsletter, Bounce Addon does not catch any email addresses that are bounced.
    Should this work in the free version?

    Hi, the bounce addon is a paid addon, you should ask for support on https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com. This forum, provided by WP.org, is only available for support to the free Newsletter plugin.

    Thank you for the advice, but no one responds to emails. Two days ago I sent an inquiry to the e-mail address provided on the website and received the reply “Please note that this channel is not for support requests”. Nothing more.

    And when I try to open a ticket, I see “Premium support is available only to customers with a valid license.”. As I mentioned before, my premium period expired some time ago.

    Will I finally get an answer to my question? Is a customer only important to you when he pays money, and then he is no longer important?

    Hi, the Bounce addon, as already explained, is a commercial product, this is not the forum where to get support.

    Stefano did you read my first question at all?!!

    I explained that I used commercial version for several years but now it expired. You can check it if you want.

    You promised that all addons will work after commercial license expires. But it looks that it’s not true.

    You don’t reply my e-mails, I can’t create a ticket and you don’t want to help me here.

    So where should I look for support?!! You want me to buy yet another license?

    Your attitude towards a customer who has been paying for your plugin for a long time is truly disappointing.
    And don’t mark a thread as resolved when it isn’t.

    I close this ticket since you reached us via email and, I need to repeat myself, this is not the forum to get support for expired licenses, commercial add-ons and requests to be supported even without the terms of use.

    …and requests not strictly related to the free Newsletter plugin and, in the specific case, out of the terms and conditions (sorry for the piece of reply without meaning).
