Bounce is not closing! Exit button not working, overlay click doesn't work!

I have the same issue and had to disable the plugin. I really want to reenable it. Do you mean that turning off footer loading resolved your issue? I want the plugin to load in the footer because ads slow down my site as it is.

No, that wasn’t the issue, I had a script I added before the footer, which was somehow conflicting with it.
You could see if one of your plugins is conflicting by turning them all off, if that solves it, turn them on one at a time to see which is the culprit, you could then see if there are settings that can be changed or a replacement plugin, or it could be your theme as well.

Don’t know if it’s the same issue, but with the last plugin update and the introduction of animations on popup openning and closing, I had to select an animation for exit case. Before I manually select an animation, I had the same problem as you.

Animations can be set in the “styling” tab of the wbounce settings.

After having the exit animation and saved the settings once, I was able to reset it back to “none”, the default setting.

That worked! Thank you so much, mhicauber. Glad to be using the updated version now. My only problem is that now the wbounce box pops up at the top of the screen, rather than the center as it had before. Did you run into that as well? I’d like to get it back to the center. Thank you!

Never mind, I got it back in the center by adding the following to styles.css:

top:50% !important;
}
