Bounce Management

Hi there, I’m thinking of renewing my licences and have a question before I do.

How does the Bounce management work. I have the settings set to remove from my lists but this has never worked in the past. Can you point me to where I will find instructions for setting this feature up properly and if I renew will I get support to make this work?
