Bounced emails

  • Hello,

    I’ve a small email list of almost 200 email of which we send a newsletter every week. This we have done using the servers SMTP. Last week we send a newsletter using MailPoets sending service and 17 of the emails have bounced.
    However a couple of the subscribers (who seemed to have bounced for some reason) have stated that they didn’t receive an email.
    Their email addresses are correct and the issue never occurred since we started using MailPoet in 2012.

    What could be the problem?
