Bouncing HTML View

  • When I edited or review in the HTML view the contents frequently pop back to the beginning – consistantly; unrelentingly.

    I have pratice tolerance for a while, looked for some kind of timer that might be nuerotically refreshing randomly – here I am weeks later.

    Kinda mellow, but still very curious.

    PS: I’m assuming there is no way to view HTML mode in full screen?

  • I am having the same problem, made worse as I can’t use the visual editor. It strips away code and the post appears as one long block of text.

    Only workaround I have found is to use Blogdesk, save the source and paste into HTML view.

    I had a similar problem with the visual editor. I work there first: copy and paste my text and enter any images, then edit the images. Once that is done I go to HTML view. It seems like it works well as long as I am in HTML when I save. Saving when in Visual has made many messes and more work.

    I’m still hoping someone has a solution to that recalcitrant scolling issue.
