    Hi,

I’m building a site with this Storefront child theme and on a mobile phone, the menu collapses to the 3-bar icon and word ‘Navigation’. Then, if I click on this, it drops down (really far!) to display just a white bow – no links or anything.

How can I fix this please (do I need to style the mobile menu)?

Also – can I change the word ‘Navigation’ to say ‘Menu’?

    Thanks in advance!

  • Hey,

Can I see a link to your site? It’s hard to picture from your description. Sounds like you might not have set your header background color though.

You can change the navigation button text with this snippet: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/change-the-primary-navigation-button-text/

    Thanks

Hi @jameskoster. I’ve set a ‘Header bg colour’ (and it’s dark green, not white). I can’t post a link as site is not live (I can pop over an email with link to build site if you are able to take a look at that for me?)

It’s only an issue on the nav for small media (phone, etc.)… The links appear to be there too, but there’re white, on a white bg…

I’ve inspected the css but can’t find what’s causing it…

What is the header link color set in the customizer?

    Also dark green…

Desktop header menu has dark green licks on a white bg, but mobile navigation is seeming to show white links on a white bg…

This seems to be fine now. Please confirm.

Sorted. Was some css I’d added causing the issue. Have now removed and is working fine.
    Thanks!
