Box chat not working

Are you getting this error on the front end or back end of the chat?

Does this still occur after using Basic 6.2.03 and (if applicable) Pro version 6.1.03?

in front end, not displaying the box chat.
i’am using version 6.2.03 and Pro 6.1.00.
