Box doesn't appear

    Hi,

    I’m a little bit unexperienced on wordpress and I’ve just installed the plugging Scroll Triggered Box. I’ve created a new box and designed it but when I want to see it, the opening page shows “page not founded”. I tried to publish the box and it didn’t appear on my website (zone-critique.com). Does somebody know where the problem can come from ?

    Hi Jeannepf,

    When you click on the ‘view post’ link after you’ve hit publish, you’re right: it does go to a page not found page. I’ll see about opening an issue on that.

    Concerning the box not appearing on your website: what have you selected under ‘Show this box’ (you can find that in the editor screen)? Also, has it worked for you at some point and now it doesn’t? In that case, go to Scroll Triggered Boxes > Settings and enable test mode.

    I have selected “everywhere” for “show this box”, but I would prefer to show it only on my home page.
    It still doesn’t work…

    Can you please share with us a screenshot of the settings for your box and a link to your website. This will help us figure out the issue much faster.
