Box download link in invoice to text file

    In the backend, I have a link in the product’s downloads section >> download URL from box.com. This URL works properly if you paste in browser.

    Yet, if customer clicks link in invoice to download it goes to a text file.

    We have Settings >> Products >> Downloadable products >> File download method >> force downloads
