Box for phone number and calendar for dates.

Hi.
I am using CF7, and i have 2 problems.1- I have a field for phone numer on my contact form, the field is working ok, but there is no box for the number.
2-I have also a “coming day-leaving day” date, but it doesnt work in Mozilla Firefox, in Chrome works fine.
