Box not Showing up

    I have installed boxzilla and created a new box, but nothing is popping up. I have Auto-show-box to appear at 65% of the page. I have yes for test mode and I have my site with a “coming soon”. Does the site have to be live for the box to show up?

    Ok, so I got the box to show up. Yay! However, can you tell me if the option to have the box show up at the end of a post is part of the free version?

    Yes, you can fill an element ID where you want the box to show up. This works in the free version too.

    HEy Lap, I am having the same issue here all request have been filled I added the mail chimp form short code but nothing popping up. Can you please help?

    Hi Alfanny,

    Please check the conditions set for the box to pop-up. Don’t forget to click on “add condition” after selecting “everywhere”.
