Box size in the ‘tags’ computer

Is it possible to extend the search box by tags on the computer?

If I wanted to make a customization, could you do it ?:
ITEM: Show Email for comments:(PRO version)
I would like to change the chat icon to be an ‘add or plus icon’, and by doing click on it, the email for that photo is added to an email box.
I liked the plugin, but I don’t sell photos, I want to make a site to ‘connect casual relationship members though the images’, and that the user can send one (1) email [1 message] to several people through images. The tags is to group the images or the members. Few people read the descriptions, that’s why I want to connect them with email, but with the current option, one person has to send 10 equal messages (10 equal emails) to 10 different people
