Box Weight

    Hello!

    Is there any way to add a basic base weight which includes the weight of the box? Instead of calculating weights for the net weight of products, I’d like to add an additional cost to the overall total to allow for the gross weight including the box and paperwork (label for address etc).

    Hello @surplu,

    I’m afraid that fulfiling that scenario might require using the shipping classes or Additional cost table rate column which are available only in the Flexible Shipping PRO version.

    Hi @surplu,

    I apologize, maybe I’ve put it into words unclearly – it should be possible. Adding the additional cost to the products in the cart will require using the Additional cost column and the shipping classes will give you the possibility to apply these costs only to the specific products/group of products. Both of the features mentioned above are available in the PRO version.
