Box will not display

    We are unable to get any Boxzilla slide-ins to work properly for this site. There are no JS errors and it appears that the proper text and html is never being generated. We have tried both php 5.6 and 7.0 and have even moved the site to different servers with the same result. We have other sites on the same servers where Boxzilla is working properly.

    The JS that is printed to the browser is always this:
    var boxzilla_options = {“testMode”:”1″,”boxes”:[]};
    OR
    var boxzilla_options = {“testMode”:””,”boxes”:[]};
    ##################
    No boxzilla-container div is never created

    “Load this box if: any, everywhere” is selected

  • I have the same problem – probably after some wordpress update, few weeks ago everything was ok. Now it’s not working, I dont see any PHP or JS errors and in page source I see:

    var boxzilla_options = {“testMode”:””,”boxes”:[]};

    Box should slide in after scroll to 60% of page height.

    Please go to the box settings and click “add rule” (while “everywhere” is still selected) and save the box.
