Box wont open after Boxzilla install on STB

    Ok here s the thing. I ve deactivated Autoptimize and box appeared. I think it was blocking Boxzilla somehow. interesting thing is, it wasnt blocking STB.

    Thanks for updating the ticket with this information.

    Might it have been a (server sided or client sided) caching issue? If you enable Autoptimize again does the box still work?

    I didnt understand this question. I m new to website building. I m using godaddy hosting. I ve been playing a lot with page speed optimizer tools lately. Activating deactivating them, maybe that s the issue here.

    I enabled Autoptimize. When JavaScript Code is optimized box disappers. There s an exclude scripts option in Autoptimize so i think Boxzilla js should be excluded.

    Another strange thing though, the box wont appear at homepage even with all javascript css html optimize unchecked. Box appears at homepage only when Autoptimize is disabled.
