boxes collapse in paid version

I have been using the free version, I bought a license today and put in the Item Purchase Code. When the purchase code is entered, all the boxes collapse on top of each other. When I change it back to “FREE”, the problem is resolved (but of course I don’t have pagination available, which is why I purchased the license). The item purchase code does check correctly, and I’m pasting it directly from the license certificate text file.
