Sorry for the delay in response! Glad to hear you were able to resolve it.

The plugin should produce HTML form code that can be styled on the majority of its individual elements. So for example, if you were looking to style the field labels uniquely in relation to the form fields, you should be able to style it by adding some CSS declarations on the involved elements, to your WordPress theme’s stylesheet.

Our Support regarding custom coding and custom CSS styling is pretty limited, as it goes a bit outside of the range we support here, which is to troubleshoot the plugin.

However, we’re happy to take a look to see if we can make any general suggestions, so feel free to post here if you have any further questions.

My preferred choice of identifying which CSS to add (especially in relation to this plugin’s form) is to use Google Chrome’s Inspect Element tool, under Chrome’s dev tools. Google’s directions on using this tool. This tool let’s you isolate what elements, classes, or ID’s need to be changed. It also lets you make changes to the page, all from within the browser, without having to push actual code changes live.
