When I updated my Boxilla plugin v 3.2.15 my entire site came down.

Here is the error details below. I’ve removed the full file path at the beginning of the lines as needed:

Thank you all for reporting this issue!
We are working on a fix for this problem.

In the meantime you can downgrade to an older version.
Just delete the plugin from your WordPress and download and install this version instead:
    https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/boxzilla.3.2.10.zip

Your settings will be saved automtically.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

    Hey all,

We’re so sorry about this. I’ve just identified the issue and released updates in which it is fixed.

The issue affected users running either our Theme Pack add-on or our WooCommerce add-on. If you update those to the latest versions and then (afterwards) activate Boxzilla again things should be working fine again.

Sorry for our mistake. =( ????

Will I loose my box design and info if I remove and reinstall?

I just saw the last post above from Danny. My wordpress site says there is no update. When I Activate the plug in, even after updating all other plugins, it still breaks my site.

Sorry – just coming fully up to speed now. I got the Theme Pack add-on for free when I installed it – do you charge for it now? I can’t seem to find a place to update to the latest version.

    Hi @flaxandtwine,

That’s weird, we don’t recall ever offering the Theme Pack add-on for free. But anyway, if you don’t have access to our update server then you can download the latest version of the Theme Pack add-on here: https://web.tresorit.com/l#2xU3HE5HPy8rvMkxpQ-JrA (link will expire in 5 days).

You can safely overwrite the files in /wp-content/plugins/boxzilla-theme-pack/ without losing your box design or info.
