Boxzilla has disappeared from the menu

    Since the update last night, Boxzilla has disappeared from the wordpress menu despite the plugin being active. Pop-ups have stopped working sitewide. Have tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin. Using WP v5.8

    Can you please let us know which version of PHP is installed on our server? Also, if you deactivated and activate our plugin, does the “Boxzilla” menu become visible in WordPress admin?

    PHP version 7.4.21. Deactivating and re-activating does not make the menu visible again. Thanks!

    Do you have a paid addon for Boxzilla, or just the free core plugin?

    It’s just the free core plugin.
