    Hello,

I’ve just installed Boxzilla, set enabled Test Mode, and tested in Incognito mode, but the popup doesn’t display. This has been tested in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.

I’m looking to set the popup to display on 50% scroll everywhere, but I’ve not tested any other options for loading the popup.

Please click “add condition” to make sure the “everywhere” condition is actually added.

    Thanks,

I had done that already, but removing it and resetting it fixed it.

However, for some reason it doesn’t appear to work on one particular post, but works everywhere else.

    Any reason for that?

See Javascript errors in the browser console on that page?
Can you share with us the link to the post where it is not displayed?

It now appears to be working. You’re welcome to view the page yourself in case there are errors that may stop this working again – after all, I could have missed something.

    Hi Silvio.

I don’t see Boxzilla plugin installed/activated at all on that website. Did you uninstall it already?

After selecting a condition (everywhere) don’t forget to click “add condition” to make sure that condition is activated.

    Hi,
    yes. That was the solution.
    Thanks
