Boxzilla not displaying (properly) on windows with chrome/internet explorer

    Dear sir/madam,

    Thanks a lot for your great plugin. However, I have some issues. On my mac everything displays well in every browser, but on some people’s windows computers (on chrome/ie) the popup doesn’t show up at all.

    What could be the issue?

    There should show a fullwidth bar at the bottom of the page after scrolling for about 40 percent.

    I’m sorry, one correction: it only doesn’t display on internet explorer

    I don’t see boxzilla active on that page.
    Maybe it was some conflict with another plugin or script ?

    Hello there!
    First off all thanks for this great plugin.
    I got also the problem, that the plugin doesn’t appear on Internet Explorer 11. Chrome and Firefox works fine.
