Boxzilla not showing from html links

Hi there,

I have just installed Boxzilla because I wish to create some pop ups connected to menu links for my new company website. I’m using the Divi theme, and I am creating the site on my local machine using the WAMP server.

I followed all the steps and cannot get the pop up to show. I created some basic text and a background, and left the conditions unspecified (with the auto timer set to NEVER).

* for the main menu of the wordpress site, I’ve tried adding the following to the Navigation Label box for the “Contact” link Contact

* I’ve also tried to create a link on the page, in case the menu was interfering with it somehow. I put the following html in a text field also: Open Box
But the Open Box text does not do anything.

I must be missing something obvious, however I cannot see what I’ve done wrong…the id is correct, and the html is otherwise working fine in both cases. Is there some setting that I need in order to activate Boxzilla?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
