The boxzilla pop up on our homepage is too wide for mobile phone screens when viewed in portrait. How do I change this? It’s ok on desktop views.

    Hey @loimy,

I would recommend creating multiple pop-ups and then show them based on screen size. Can you please share a link to your website where I can see the pop-up?

    Thanks for your reply.

    Our website https://www.parkmedical.org.uk/

Only want the pop up to be triggered when visitors visit the home page, currently have not set any parameters for screen size as we wanted the pop up to appear on all types of screen sizes.

What settings should I use for the multiple pop ups? Our settings seem to be in px rather than %.

Please note that the boxzilla box, by default, should work just fine on mobile, so in case it doesn’t this usually is caused by the content inside the box, not by boxzilla itself.

You can set conditions for the Boxzilla box regarding “Screen width”.
So you can create one box that only shows if the screen width is larger than 768 pixels and another only if it’s smaller than 769 pixels, and adjust the content of the mobile (smaller than..) box to fit better on smaller screens, or another option is to make sure that the content in the box is responsive.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

Thank you. Have tried your suggestion but it hasn’t changed the appearance of the pop up on mobile screens.

How do I make the content in the box responsive?

I checked the content of your box and it seems that those 2 link are what is preventing the box from scaling down.

You can make this links either as a text like “click here” instead of showing the full link, or use a smaller front for the links instead of h5 title.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!
