BP invitations suggestion or some help for how to achieve it myself

I would like to suggest some points regarding group invitations, or at least if you could point me where to start and make those changes myself…
1. add “invite” tab to group – (this pages shows the list for inviting people TO current GROUP,
just like it does going to “send invites” but there u can select to which groups you are inviting people,
so in this case this group is automatically selected and field for selecting groups is hidden)2.
Changing behavior,(I would like to add an IF statement on group invitations, something like this:IF the invitation was sent from another member or moderator and IF group is PRIVATE or HIDDEN, then after invitation accepted by user do not make a member directly, but put him on “request membership list”;
ELSE if invitation was sent form ADMIN or group is PUBLIC then make member directly.I hope you find these suggestions valuable enough to implement them.
