bp_attachments_get_medium_visibility() function needs hardening

bp_attachments_get_medium_visibility( ) calls bp_attachments_get_private_root_dir() which can return a wp_error, that error when fed into the check on line 107 of bp-attachments-functions.php generates a fatal error.
