bpost and coupon calculation

    I use many coupons and discounts for different types of users.
    I’ve discovered an issue with the calculation of the coupons whenever people select bpost shipping. Only with bpost shipping the coupon/discount value changes. They get a higher discount, which they shouldn’t. With other shipping methods the value doens’t change.
    I’ve searched for hours after a setting that might cause this, but without any result. Please help.

    – configuration settings
    – voucher information
    Or simply step by step how to reproduce the issue.
