BPS Alert: Hidden Plugin Folders|Files (HPF) Alert

Is the issue/problem still occurring or is it resolved?

i’ve deactivated the plugin, can’t solve

We did find a bug with the HPF check and alert in Network|Multisite and have fixed that bug in BPS .54. Do you have a Network|Multisite site type?

Also if you still want to use BPS then you can turn off the HPF Cron check. HPF is pretty new so there could be things that break HPF (other plugins/themes, wp-config.php file additional code, host server settings, etc.) that we are not aware of yet. ??

I have a WordPress theme, I found too the folder that BPS says and is empty, tried to ignore but… it still sending mail

Did you enter only the folder name in the Ignore Hidden Plugin Folders & Files textarea box?

Example:
If the folder name is: /path-to-folder/example-folder-name
then you would enter: example-folder-name
and click the Save Plugin Folder|Files Ignore Rules button.
