Most likely the cause of the issue is going to either one of these very common issues:

Both of these very common issues can be permanently solved by locking your root .htaccess file on the htaccess File Editor tab page. If you see a 403 error after locking the root .htaccess file then use FTP or your Web Host Control Panel File Manager and change the file permissions of the root .htaccess file to 444. If you still see a 403 error then your Host does not allow you to lock your root .htaccess file. Change the root .htaccess file permissions to 644. Unfortunately this issue will continue to happen repeatedly if you cannot lock your root .htaccess file on your Host.

Great! We actually created that feature primarily for this reason. ?? It does add some minor additional security, but mostly the lock feature is to prevent other things from breaking your website. Thanks for confirming you are good now. ??
