[bps_form] not work

Dear Andrea,

thanks for your plugin.

I have created the module from the Xfields.

Even if I have not understood at all the meanings of the settings, I have changed nothing; i have deactivated the other search plugin and I have put the shortcode [bps_form] on the home page but the table is not shown.

What do you suggest to have it visibile?

I have tried using theme twentytwenty but not appears.
