BR tag

  • What might be the reason that BR tag doesn’t work? I try to divide my post title to 2 lines, but there’s no reaction. I did it once withe one of my older post, and now I do it in the exactly same way…

  • You cannot use HTML markup tags in a Post ir Page title. WordPress core automatically strips out all tags by default.

    Thanks, but the width would be random – I mean, I need to put full stop at the and of specific subtittle for each post – and then, title in the next line.
    I know plugins doing secendary titles, but it’s to much for me (and they don’t do all they should) – when I just need 2 lines, up to my decision, where the first sentence/line is ended (the first subtitle could be two lines long, so I would need 3 lines;)

    So there is no way?
