    Hi support team,

    We are having an issue with one subscription. Every recurring payment fails and throws an error

    Braintree (Credit Card) Payment Failed (Subscription Renewal: payment token is missing/invalid.) Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.

    How do we solve this issue?

    Hi @ccmanz

    Are you certain you’re using our plugin, Payment Plugins for Braintree WooCommerce? That is not a text string that our plugin generates.

    Also, our plugin has logic to prevent an error like that in case the payment method token associated with the subscription is missing/invalid.
