Braintree (PayPal) Not working

    I have enabled the plugin and want to use both Braintree for credit card and Braintree PayPal.

    The credit card portion works just fine but the PayPal portion does not. When you click the PayPal checkout express, whether from cart or checkout page, it pops up the PayPal login page, allows customer to login and redirects back to the website. However, when you click PLACE ORDER it says “an error has occurred please use an alternate form of payment.

    I have enabled PayPal on my Braintree account and have connected it PayPal Braintree from Woocommerce dashboard.

    Need help fixing this…

    Hi Laurendo,

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please check that you have entered the correct credentials on the WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout > Braintree (PayPal) tab.

    If the credentials entered are correct, set the debugging mode to “Save to log” on the same tab as above, then try another transaction.

    Keep in mind that when you are trying to make a payment with PayPal, you will not be able to make a payment using the same PayPal account as the one you are receiving the payment to.

    If you still have trouble please open a ticket by going to https://www.WooCommerce.com, then click on Support > Helpdesk > Create a ticket > Free plugins.. Please make sure to include a temporary Administrator username and password with your message, so that our team can take a look at your site.
