Unfortunately we were unable to replicate this issue in our test shop. I think it might be related to PHP version you are using. Please send us your WooCommerce system status.

Also, could you please enable debug.log and try accessing category page in WordPress panel? Are there any messages in the debug.log file?

Also, have you tried disabling all third-party plugins and checking it again?

I have tried both 5.6 i 7.2 PHP version and also disabled all plugins and then i enabled only flexible checkout fields and the problem is still the same.
