Brands in This filter

I would like to add filters and Brandfilter for mobile on this pages. Now on Category level it does not work to add filters and brands. Only when you select one category or subcategory it works.
Does this filter also works on category level?
Can I add Perfect Woocommerce Brands? Also in Mobile?
