Brand value not sync

I am not sure what is the brand plugin the site is using, to get more clarity, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

As you can see the field “brand” is correctly mapped with the custom taxonomy created for managing brands by Perfect Woocommerce plugin.

Can you check this option above, and give it a while to check if it is syncing?

Note: I can confirm the Google listings and Ads extension is compatible with the premium extension WooCommerce Brands (I understand this is not installed on your site).

Yes, if i fill that field manually on each product it works fine and sync properly.

But it doesn’t fill that field automatically even if i set the mapping rule in the plugin setting.

I’m using this plugin to manage brands: https://it.www.ads-software.com/plugins/perfect-woocommerce-brands/ it is maybe the most popular plugin to manage brands.

Looping back to the original question in this thread, from what I gather, the issue is rooted with how the Perfect Brands for WooCommerce plugin interoperates with the sync mechanism.
